and sorry about my english :)

Your BIOS needs to be configured to use a discrete graphics card as the first choice, since you actually have 2 cards (one integrated, one discrete). In BIOS, search for "integrated graphics" (iGPU), change that to "PCI-e graphics" or "discrete graphics", or whatever your motherboard manual says. Read the manual, it should specify that part. Which motherboard is it?

I dont have 2 graphics card ...I mean it works wen connecting to motherboard port.... and my MOBO is MSI H110M Pro-VH Socket LGA 1151 Motherboard

Your motheboard port = integrated graphics card.

Your GPU port = discrete graphics card.

You *do* have 2 cards. Well, the integrated one is technically only a single chip on motherboard or a part of CPU, not a whole card, but tehcnically they are 2 different display devices.

And your BIOS needs to be configured to use the right one.

Oh u mean the intel graphics that is a integrated graphics right ...k so how can i configure it

You need to enter your BIOS (power on or reset the PC, then keep pressing DEL key fast until you get into BIOS). From that point, each motherboard has a different setup, you need to check your motherboard manual for exact details on how to change graphics card priority. The option is usually called "Init display first" or something like that. Set it to "PCI" or "PCI-E".

Ty I will msg u after checking it

What u mean by plug the cable ?

Unplug the cable from your motherboard and plug it into your graphics card, once you change and save the BIOS settings. If you keep it plugged into the motherboard, you will get no picture at all. That is the whole point of this - to disable onboard graphics and enable your discrete graphics card.

ahh gotcha and is there any chance of faulty graphics card My graphics card fans works well... sometimes i have prblm with both vga ports

Its the problem of graphics card. I plugged it into another computer and it still not showing anything , So i returned it to claim warranty
