[SOLVED] Not showing up on monitor

I have a Dell optiplex 380 refurbished computer and just bought i video card for it because it wasn't showing up on the screen. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. the monitor I have now is not the one that came with it

R 5 half height 430 I didn't see the make and model on the receipt or when I went back to Dell website and look it up

What case style is your Optiplex? The SFF versions often only support very low wattage GPUs (like 35w). There can also be issues using newer GPUs in older systems, lack of UEFI.
