Not sure how much wattage I need and what PSU to get?

I plan to upgrade to an i5 6500 in the future (within the next year or two) as well as a better graphics card such as an evga gtx 960 4gb graphics card (within the next year). I plan to use this pc mostly for school and some gaming as well as video streaming. I am not sure how much wattage I need considering my future plans. So if someone can recommend a PSU that is budget friendly and also accounts for my future upgrades that would be great. I already have a PSU picked out but I am not sure if the wattage is too much while also accounting for my future upgrades. Thanks!
