And I realized something: How can I install windows on it? I have no disc drive, since I use no CD's?

Download the Windows iso file to a usb and use the usb to install windows - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool

A DVD drive will cost you $20 so it isn't a big deal.
Your other option is to boot and install from a USB device.

I am getting an OEM version of window, does that make a difference? Will I just type in the code after installing it through the USB?

use this link here it should take you to a digital download page where you can windows 7 then use your code to activate it.

and yes I did realise you cant use your computer but if you have a laptop you can do it on that too or use a friends.

The H440 has no 5.25in bays to fit a dvd player.

a portable dvd burner is a great item to have. useful in a lot of places, especially when setting up machines that don't need their own dvd drive which will never get used anyways.

I've had issues booting from external DVD drives.
Even if the case has no 5.25 inch bays, you can still connect an internal DVD drive by sitting it on a desk and connecting the internal cables.
This only needs to be temporary while installing Windows and then you can remove it.

Or just install Windows from a USB stick.
