Question Not sure if GPU is working properly

Hey guys, I've had my laptop for around 1 year and I feel like it isn't working like it should anymore? I'm not sure. I used to be able to run games like far cry, the witcher 3 smoothly at high settings or better. Right now, I can only play overwatch at 60fps with all low settings with lag spikes. Pc specs : i7-6700HQ, 8gb ram, Radeon Rx470

Check temps of CPU and GPU while gaming (you can use MSI afterburner to monitor this)
