Question Not sure if I broke my gpu

Hello what I need help with is I found this gtx 660ti in my storage then I decided to change some things in the bios of the GPU using Kepler bios editor after I applied new bios change my pc restarted and no more display it shows the windows loading screen then no display I uninstalled windows and reinstalled it but after I would install the GPU driver the screen would not post anything I am not sure if I broke it.

You probably brick your gpu.
What did you change in the kepler bios? core clock, memory clock, ect?

I changed the core clock and memory clock a bit and the voltage from 115 to 118v

I have a Nvidia GPU and I am not sure how to reflash it because the video you gave me was for amd
