[SOLVED] Not sure if i installed XFX RX 580 8gb correctly

hi can somebody help me and tell me if i installed correctly the XFX RX 580 8GB in the slot. I have the photos which you can see there is a bit space in the left and idk if it installed correctly in my asus z97-a motherboard

i mean it looks like its in,but did you hear like a click or something when you put it in?
It should sound like a soft click,that indicates the card went in the slot smoothly.
Take a look of the right side of the PCI-E x16 slot and see if its aligned with the left side.
I mean see if it works,if it display signal,its in,just make sure you have the right amount of pci-e power cables from the psu plugged in,and of course...

Edit:In the first picture it looks like the left side is 100% in,but in the 3rd it looks like its a little bit pulled out.

Looks fine....
There's a latch on the end of the x16 slot. On some boards, it latches automatically, on others you have to manually slide the latch toward the rear of your case to lock the GPU in. Either way, the GPU shouldn't be able to be pulled out of the slot once the latch is properly engaged. Then you just put a screw or two into the rear panel bracket holes.
