[SOLVED] Not sure if I should get 3000Mhz memory or 2400Mhz memory

I have my PC right now running 16GB 2400Mhz Ram, I am using the built in XMP profile which makes it run at 3000Mhz. I want to get new ram to replace the 16GB I already have but I am unsure if I should buy 3000Mhz or 2400Mhz ram. My PC is a prebuilt sadly from CyberPower and they told me that my motherboard supports Dual Channel DDR4, DDR4 4266+(OC)* / 4133(OC) / 4000(OC) / 3866(OC) / 3800(OC) / 3733(OC) / 3600(OC) / 3200(OC) / 2933(OC) / 2800(OC) / 2666 / 2400 / 2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory and ECC UDIMM memory modules (operate in non-ECC mode).
If anyone can please give me some tips or advice on what I should do I would really appreciate it.

16GB 2400Mhz Memory (XMP to 3000Mhz)
512GB M.2 SSD
2TB HDD
AsRock Z370 Pro4-CB Motherboard
600W Apevia PSU

Why do you want to change the memory to another set?

HERE is the QVL for memory sets that are tested to work with your motherboard.

If your running 3000mhz then going 3600mhz only gives you around 4-10fps at 1080p as a best-case scenerio Ram speed doesn't benefit 9th gen as much as it does Ryzen 3 gen and up.

Does faster RAM improve gaming performance?
Intel and AMD tested

Thank you for that list. I just want to replace some of the parts in the build. The ram is a few years old now and I was looking to get RGB ram just for asethic looks and maybe higher speeds, I have the money for it and think it would be nice.
