hw info and gpuz can help, also msi afterburner has an on screen display you can set up to show gpu usage, temps, fps, that kind of thing. But if you open hw info and gpuz up before you play a game and turn the sensors tab on both, it will keep a record of things while you game or benchmark. Then take a screenshot of the cpu section in hw info that shows cpu usage, cpu temps and cpu clock speeds and also a screenshot of the gpuz graph that shows gpu usage and temps and clock speeds and such.
