Not sure if my GPU is dead.

I built my PC a year ago. And it has worked fine for the whole year, no issues.

I was playing Arma 3 one night perfectly fine and then turned my pc on the next day and I got DVI no signal on my monitor.

I've tried my monitor on another computer and it works.

I have re-seated my ram and my GPU.

I have re-set my motherboard. And made sure PCI is enabled as the primary display adapter in the BIOS.

I CAN get on-board graphics through VGA.

I hear no beeping when I turn my computer on.

I have re-formatted my SSD and re-installed all the drivers.

Ge-Force experience does not even detect my GPU. I can't even see it in device manager.

The fan on the GPU is working. (spinning)

I have cleaned all dust out even though there was hardly any to begin with.

I don't know what else to do, I have only had it a year. How can it be dead already.
