Not sure if my i5 3570K oc'd properly (First time)

Hey guys, today i tried to oc my cpu so i would get some extra frames in WoW but im not sure it has worked. I set it to 4.5ghz and a 1.225v but doesnt feel any faster at all.

Sometimes it is running at 1.6 and others 4.5ghz and i dont know why.
Can someone tell me how i can check if it is working and how to check if it is 'stable'?

well than ur maxing wow with more than 60fps ur monitor cant display more than 60fps or 120- 144fps if u have a 120/144hz monitor

so u wont feel anything above your monitors refresh rate

when it runs @ 1.6ghz thats coz it is idling no need to for the cpu to go full speed

4.5ghz your OC speed will only run when needed
