Not sure if my LAN port is spoilt or it is just disabled

Hi,
Does that picture below means there is a problem with my singtel huawei router? It is transmitting but not receiving in my LAN Port when i connect thru wire it is called unidentified network.

Yes, there must be a problem as it is transmitting, but not receiving.

Try a different Ethernet cable to see if that helps this any.
