Question Not sure what’s wrong

So I’m a first timer when it comes to building my own pc so this was definitely an interesting journey. To cut to the chase I built my own pc took several days due to my incompetence and now it won’t turn on, no lights, no blue screen on the monitor nothing! The power is plugged in, the 24 pin is in, the gpu and it’s 8 pin is connected, all the fans are connected, but nothing came on. I don’t know what to do

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Case: make and model? Fans/coolers?

Do you have the applicable User Guide/Manual for the motherboard as well as the applicable User Guide/Manuals for other installed components?

Start by reviewing the installation and configuration documents. Check LED's for status, Q codes, any beeps when boot up is attempted? If there are beeps what is the pattern? Usually some combination of long and short beeps. Listen carefully.
