Hello helpful people,

So I am about to buy a new desktop PC and I'm not quite sure which configuration I should choose to optimize price and performance. I am an IT student so I need the PC to handle Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio and some other development software.
However, I also like to play Fortnite quite a bit and I would love something that would ensure more than 60fps on low settings. I also want to start freelancing in photo/video editing with photoshop/premiere/ae so it should be able to handle that stuff. Also, the editing capabilities are probably the most important ones so keep that in mind.

Here are the configurations I'm looking at:

Processor- Intel Core i7-3770 3,4 up to 3,9 GHz
RAM - 8 GB DDR3
HDD - 500 GB
Motherboard - MSi B75MA-P45( USB 3.0)
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB DDR5 192 BIT

550 USD

Processor - Intel Core i5-3470 3.2 - 3.6 GHz
RAM - 8 GB DDR3
HDD - 500 GB
Motherboard - MSi B75MA-P45 (USB 3.0)
GPU - nVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB DDR5 192BIT

426 USD

Processor - Intel i5-4570 3.20 GHz 6M Cache, up to 3.60 GHz
Motherboard: MSI H81M- P33
RAM: 8 GB RAM (2x 4 GB)
HDD: 500 GB
PSU: MS-500, 500 W

470 USD

This is the info from the site.

All of these PCs are refurbished, but GPUs are new and they offer 12-month warranty.
As I mentioned I am a student the right price for the right configuration is really important.
Thank you all in advance.
PS: I'm outside of US, Bosnia and Herzegovina
