Not sure what kind of air cooler to get

My h100i v2 is r.i.p. I need to order a air cooler. I'm not sure what to pick. Help me out please. Ideally i don't want it to be loud.
PC -
Cpu: i7 3770k (1155 socket)
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro Series - DIMM 240-pin 2 sticks ddr3 (clearance needed i assume)
Case: Thermaltake Versa N25

Budget, ideally $40-$50, $60 if REALLY needed. Retailed thru amazon ideally.

I believe the H100i v2 has a 5 year warranty, so it might be worth sending it in for replacement.
