Question not sure what psu to buy

ok i have been searching for a good psu for like a 5 days but i havent decided yet cause i dont know if they are good or not
so i need your help
my budget is $60-$70
and i really want the psu to be modular

the problem with this one it cost me $14 dollar more than my budget (in amazon)
for me i dont go with the best components i only go with the ones that cheap but good
