Not sure what PSU to get as a replacement

Hi guys, I have an Antec neopower 500 he500 psu. However, recently it has died and i am looking for a replacement but i am not sure what to get and whether it will fit my computer.

I found a used psu of the exact kind on ebay, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Antec-NeoPower-500-HE500-500-Watt-Power-Supply-/371016822388, however i am not sure if i should get it.

Does anyone have suggestions on an alternative? Thank you

I picked it cause it's a good fairly cheap PSU in the tier 2 range. And because I advise against used PSU's.

Thank you, sorry for the questions, but how do i know if a specific psu will work for my mobo? my mobo is relatively old
