I've no idea how to oc so i'm sure that's a problem, but not sure what I can do to improve this build(& add an ssd)

Yes. an SSD would help.

Only reason to upgrade to Windows 10 would be for the newer API's like DirectX 12 and Vulkan. If you game, it would be worth thinking about the upgrade.

Those newer APIs will utilize muti-threading better on your system if the game you play supports it.
