Not sure what to do

It says windows has checked the file system and found problems run chkdsk with the /f (fix) option to correct them I don't understand how to do that

Right-click on the C drive, go to Options, Tools Tab, select Error-checking, make sure Automatically fix... is checked of, click Start. It will probably reboot the system, let it run when it does even if it takes a long time.
