Not sure what to upgrade.

So i've got some money, and i been looking to upgrade 3 parts of my computer recently.
I can only afford one at the moment however, and i've been looking to upgrade one.
The choices are: GPU (Sell my current one and put in my paycheck money, current gpu : 7850 2gb) CPU ( A phenom X6 1605T) Or my monitor (Some unbranded monitor running at 1650x1080)

So, what would be sound to upgrade at the current moment?

For the graphics card however it is 250, (Friend will lend me a 100)

You should get a second stick of RAM, to make use of dual channel, get an FX-6300, or an FX-8320, and for the video card, an HD 7950. Your monitor looks decent.

Yeah i was really thinking the FX-8320 as i got it suggested the last time.
Will wait for other options, Im spending £ here not $ by the way!

quite frankly, i see little to no reason to upgrade anything with your setup. but if you really must then consider buying a bigger monitor first. then gauge how well your system performs before coming back here again for further input. but really, that rig is not bad at all, even at its current state.

The GTX 670 might be a good choice too.

Hi - ordinarily your best upgrade would be the GPU, however in your situation I believe you
should upgrade the CPU 1st. The 1065t is discontinued and no longer on Tom's hierarchy chart.
However, it was so close to the 1055t in speed which is tier 3 in AMD's gamer hierarchy, that
you should consider getting a tier 1 AM3+ CPU, FX6350, FX4350, etc.

You will prob realize increased performance without upgrading your 7850, altho that would be your
next upgrade.
