Not sure where to plug in cpu cables

Im building my first pc and im not sure where to plug in the cable labeled "cpu" in my motherboard that i got with my power supply.

I have the gigabyte zi70x gaming 7

FYI for some motherboards, it's a 4-pin connector while your PSU might have a 8-pin connector.... but you can split that 8-pin connector in half down the middle so one half of it will fit your mobo's 4-pin.
