Not sure which is the best place to build my pc

Im in the US currently and i just bought parts to build a brand new gaming pc. Im not sure whether to build the pc in the US (where im at currently) or build it where im flying back to ( the middle east) So should i build it and fly it with me or take the parts, fly them with me and then build it over there.

I would build when you get back home so you dont have to worry about anything ripping out like the gpu durring mid transport
