Not sure which PSU calculator to believe.

So, Im looking at adding a graphics card to my prebuilt PC. I've been looking in to what I'll need for the upgrade, and a power supply is essential.

The PC is a Dell Inspiron i3847-3538BK. Build seen here:

This is the graphics card Im probably going to add: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202164

I entered the info into a few calculators... some came out to like 700+watts, some were under 600watts. This is the final one I did: http://outervision.com/b/wPmbZg

The PC comes with a 300w PSU stock, and Tom's review of the card says it ate up around 255w, so does that mean I could get away with a 600w PSU or so? That would be consistent with what this calculator gave me. I'll probably be adding more RAM capacity in the future to the max of 16GB.

I was thinking about a higher scale PSU, like 80+ Platium rated... it seems worth the investment. I was looking at one from EVGA.

Looking forward to your thoughts!

It definitely fits the ATX standard, but you think this case will be too hot for the GPU? There's an exhaust fan out the back, as well as the PSU fan. Anything I can do about it? Not really looking at getting into water cooling.
