Question Not sure which PSU to choose

Hello! I own a M11AD computer which comes with a 300w PSU. I am currently looking to replace the old r7 240 graphics card with a new rx 570. But in order to do that i also need to replace my PSU. However the M11AD PSU is slightly confusing and im not sure which one would fit and how much watt i need. Thanks!
