Hello, I own an Acer Aspire E11. I was watching Netflix when my laptop started to freeze a bit so I decided to turn it off and back on. As I turned it back on, the opening screen came up, but once it finishes loading and it's supposed to be going to the desktop, it stays on a black screen. This happened last night, I'm still trying to get it to start up, but it doesn't seem to be working. It's never been damaged before and I can hear the insides working.
