Question Not the advertised ram timings

So i just build my first pc and and bought a corsair ddr4 cl16 3200mhz 16gb ram kit, that is supposed to have the timings 16-18-18-36, but CPU-Z says my timings is 22-22-22-53 is that normal?

Specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x
X470 Taichi ultimate
CORSAIR Vengeance RGB PRO 3200mhz
intel 660p ssd 1tb
Evga rtx 2080
