Question Not turning on when 2 memories are installed

I have a gigabyte h110 ms2 motherboard. Corsair vengeance 8gb ddr4 2400 mhz memory is installed on it. Recently i tried to add evm 2400 mhz 8gb to the next slot and it wont turn on
