Not work properly

Hello,
i my pc when i play game r use internet mouse did not work properly r any time hanging and if i go to shutdown my pc says task host windows running.i dont correctly what is a pblm???pls say.i had i3 processor win 7 32 4gb ran 500 gb HD and 1gb graphic
