Not working latest driver for AMD Radeon hd 5450

I have problem with my graphics card driver when I install latest driver ,code 31 shows.I dont know what to do ,I have already unistall and install, I try with diferent links.Can someone help me

I have already download drivers from that link its not working just show in device manager error code 31

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

I finally find solution. I deinstall driver with display driver unistaller and update driver with device manager I didnt need to download from AMD page.I think 2011 driver only can work for me.
