Question [NotAppleRelated]Apple MacBook chargers compatibility?

From what I see, most Apple-certified devices have a thing against charging anything but Apple devices. I had an Anker 30,000 mah battery that charged my LG V10 very lethargically, and the iMac's at school would do the same. My question now is if the chargers/power supplies for the Mac Books do that same for other devices like non-Apple phones and laptops? I would really like to get a USB-C charger for my Inspiron 13 7000, but don't know if Apple Type-C chargers are also prejudice...

I'd suggest sticking to chargers sold by Dell and chargers that are certified to run on your laptop mentioned above. You could read into this reddit thread.
