Notebook Gateway NE56R Webcam

Dear fellas, I hope you are all ok. I recently fresh formatted my sister's notebook, a Gateway NE56R, with Windows 10 1607. Everything went ok, except that the webcam was not installed and I can't find the proper driver for it, Gateway doesn't provide it on its website. Is there a way I can find the webcam model or the driver itself? Thanks in advance for your help.

There are many tools that automatically detect the hardware and download and install the correct driver. A few such programs are:

> DriverPack Solution

> SlimDrivers

> DriverMax

For future references, there are some tools that allow you to back up the device drivers. This can be helpful when you don't have the driver installation discs and still want to re-install Windows right from the scratch. With such tools, you can back up the drivers, perform Windows' clean install, and then restore the drivers without any hassle. A few such tools include:

> DriverBackup

> Driver Genius (Paid Application)

> DriverGuide Toolkit (Paid Application)

I much appreciate your help. One thing I fail to mention though is that the webcam doesn't even show on Device Manager as an unrecognized device. I'll try the above and will revert to you. Thanks!
