Notebook makes

My keyboard has an intermittent key stroke problem - you push say the a or s button and nothing happens. It did this last week and my husband did something and it came right - it may have been a coincidence that it came right - but is there a sequence to get it right.

"did something" is not much to go on. Usually a stuck key is easy to fix, pop it off, clean under it, put it back on.
