Question MSN number missing on Medion Notebook

Hi i want to send my Medion Erazer X7825 back to be repaired but on there website they want me to input my MSN number. I have looked on the base but its missing? It just say Medion Erazer X7825 and the mains adapter identification. I then tride to find it through the Command Prompt but its saying "To be filled in by the O.E.M. So now what am i to do now without the MSN number of my notebook i seem to not to be able to get it Medion repair centre. Its out of warrantee and its a component repair on the motherboard i believe. Please help me on how to find the MSN number

Try

"Get-WmiObject win32_bios | Format-List SerialNumber" (without quotes)
