notebook perfromance problems

Hello so i have a problem for about a year now. I have mid range notebook,i use to game on it a little (some warframe,CSGO,League...). I mostly keep it in power cuz i dont need to move with it.There comes the problem ... When i disconnect it from charging and lets say i watch movie in my bed for 2 hours and then i need to charge it and go play some games the perfromance isnt the same It goes from 100-120 FPS on csgo on poor 40 fps ... Ihave to let it charge and in some time it again gets its power ... but sometimes it goes straight same performance and somerimes i have to let it be for like 6 hours ... its really annoying (sorry for english)...

Maybe the power settings went from "High Performance" to "Balanced", when disconnecting the charger, and didn't change back when connecting the power again. Go to Energy Management and check this. The CPU doesn't use half of it's performance when the energy plan is set to Balanced, so this would explain the FPS issues u have as CSGO is a CPU demanding game.
