Notebook preloaded with Win 8 in German - English possible?

The notebook I'm interested in buying will come preloaded with Win 8 64-Bit in German. Is all of Win 8 OS now MUI capable, so I'll be able to change the language of the OS to English?

I had the same problemm. Solution was very simple. You need to reinstall windows 8 from setting panel: reinstal windows without saving data. After reinstalation completed, during configuration of the laptop I've changed my location to my country (in my case Latvia), but another settings I changed to english us. After first start you need to add the english language in language box and download english language pack (everithing according to language instalation manual). Restart your computer and enjoy! Do not forget to be connected to the internet all the time!
