Nothing appears on monitor building new computer

I just built a new computer and everything turns on all lights fans but nothing appears on the monitor. After 10 seconds i hear a fan stop spinning and my keyboard turns off. I need help please.
My specs
i7 8700
Gtx 1070 ti
650w 80 plus gold
Msi z370 a pro
samsung 256g ssd
nzxt s340 white

remove it completely? or just the power cord

its says under ez debug its vga is lit up

yes i did and it still doesnt work

then it might be the motherboard or the cpu. check for bend pin on the motherboard

thanks for all the help i figured it out it was the monitor 144hz 2k so it would not show bios
