Nothing but motherboard LEDs turn on, Non of the fans turn on

This is my first build and I've set everything up but when I try to power it up nothing but the LEDs turn on; the fans from the PSU, Graphics Card, and Case don't turn on and I get no boot. I've tried reconnecting everything and running with only the necessary but it does not power on. Also, I don't have a mobo speaker I'm using an HDMI and a regular TV to see if it boots up.
