Nothing happens after setup reboot

I decided to install windows xp on my PC, and the first part of the installation worked fine, but when it says that it will restart and continue the setup, it just restarts and it gives me nothing, only a white line ticking, the red light isn't flashing at all, when i boot from my usb, theres a menu where i can choose to boot the "Second part" of the setup, but that does the same thing, and i don't have anything with me to install another OS

white line keeps ticking bcoz it keeps searching for the second part but cannot find the path...
d image files are not written properly...

u need to rewrite d files properly from wherever u have done tht...
if d files are not written properly, its not supposed to work...
