I just built a desktop for my neighbor. When I tried to start it, nothing happened. No motherboard lights, no power supply fan, no nothing. Power supply cord is good and giving 120
+ volts. EATX voltages are 0 with multi volt meter. Is there anything else I could check to see if the power supply is bad? I've done several builds, but I'm still a newbie when it comes to hardware troubleshooting. I hate to buy another power supply if this one is still good, and I don't have any unused motherboards around.
