Question Nothing is displaying with fans spinning and led's on

So one day I decide to boot up my PC, but there's no display coming on despite fans being on, and all my RGB lighting syncing fine. I decide to investigate and tried all the guides online. I reseated my RAM and GPU, I cleared my CMOS RAM and took out the battery (I'm suspecting I may need to replace it).
I can hear a faint beeping in the chassis, and I think it's coming from my PSU, along with a very quiet clicking noise. How can I fix this?

Do you have a seperate powersupply you could try? Is the Graphics card getting power, ( IE Fans spinning, LEDS lighting up?) Also make sure that the 8 pin connectors are firmly seated and it could also be just a problem with your cable, have you tried different display cables/ different monitors?

I do not have another power supply, this is my first build (was working fine a few days ago). The graphics card is getting power since the fans are spinning, and I have to try testing on a different monitor and I don't think I have different display cables.
