Nothing on screen but all lights and fans on after new PSU

So, I bought a CoolerMaster G650M and an asus strix GTX 1070 to put in my old prebuild pc(with gtx 650 and some random 300w psu), but the fans and lights turn on but nothing gets posted on screen nor do the usb devices work. So i put everything back to how it was originally and got the same result. The led next to the power button is blinking white fast. Please help!

Is the new graphics card enabled via BIOS? (in case your motherboard has onboard graphics)

Well, there is currently no way to get in the bios since the pc doesn't boot anything on the screen.
