I've had couple of weeks that when I opened rocket league and it crashed my whole pc. Recently when I open steam, league of legends, or other similar type it just says not responding and takes like 2 hours to close.
I did full reset weeks back when this happened before and it worked for week or so.
No idea what is up with my computer

Solution
2 things...
  1. the HDD is not in a good state of health and may get worse or die. It might even be the source of your problem. Think about replacing it soon or earlier.
  2. Have you got XMP turned on in the BIOS as it might be running at base 2333mhz instead of 3200mhz ?
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600K CPU @ 3.80GHz 3.79 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeFroce GTX 1060 3GB
Mobo: STRIX Z270H GAMING
Ram: 16,0 GB
Case: dont know
PSU: CORSAIR Builder CX750M 80
Storage: C: Kingston SSDNOW V300 120GB
E: WD20EACS-11BHUB0 2TB

Things to think about..
Do you have enough space on your SSD as 120GB is quite small ?
How is the health of the SSD and HDD...you could download CrystalDiskInfo and examine health of storage.

Anti virus scan. Malwarebytes scan ?
