nothing seems to work high pc

hello i have just built a new pc it has a gtx 1080 ti and a ryzen 1600 cpu in it all temps are good under 70c and its clean but when ever i try and run games that are hardish to run ,bf4, bf1 ,battlefront they all crash or glitch to an unplayable state how ever benchmarks show that my gpu is working properly could any one help thanks.

Have you installed the latest Nvidia graphics drivers?

Fresh installed Windows?
If not, fresh installed (With DDU removing older drivers) all video drivers?
How much RAM?

^ 1600X doesn't have onboard graphics, so it can't really be that.

Everything has been installed but I took my pc in to be fix because it got to bad to use
