Question Nothing turns on

So I have the Z390-A PRO motherboard, and 500W smart Thermaltake. Everything is plugged in correctly, it’s plugged in. This is my first time building a PC and it’s been a nightmare, this is my second motherboard and nothing is turning on, I know the power supply works because the indicator lights turned on on my prior motherboard

Try to push the 24pin in and try to push the Ram Stick In like hard as you hear a click sound.
I had similar problem 2 days ago with my new build with ryzen 3600.

what cpu u using?

Not exactly sure how to answer what CPU I’m using, I’m completely new to this.

Maybe your motherboard does not have CPU Installed?

I do, I can’t isolate what the issue is
