Nothing working on pc

I went over to a friend's house with pc everything was fine until we got home now my peripheralspecialty rent detected by pc and I get no video output tried two monitors with two cables so I though maybe graphics but then my keyboard has no lights and neither does my mouse, yet when I plugged my phone in i still got power is my Northbridge/Southbridge fried? Because this makes no sense to me for it to be all of the sudden like this

Double check the connections inside of your PC. Make sure every power cable is seated in their respective spot along with SATA cables, RAM, GPU, and anything else inside of it. Transporting your PC may have knocked something loose inside.

Update tried with and without the graphics card plugged in so it's probably not that

It appears it was the ram needed reseating it looked like it was all the way in, hell I even had to unclick it but repeating appeared to do the job

Awesome! Sometimes the right bump in the right place can unseat something ever so slightly to cause issues.
