Notification stuck to 1 but doesn't show it up?

Soo as i always type in toms in quick search tab in Edge one time said that its blocked and that i don't have access to site, after that my notification is stuck to 1 in Notifications under this tab, but im unable to find it in my tracked threads as Blue Flag?
Seems like i bugged out?

Usually mean the thread was deleted. just click "mark all as read"
