I recently installed Disk Drill to try and recover a lost file, but ended up uninstalling it (went with EaseUS Pro and had better results).

After I used Revo Uninstaller to remove Disk Drill, I notice it's still present in my Windows 11 notifications menu (with the button toggled to "On" to received notifications from the app).

Using Revo (and advanced scanning to remove all left over files/folders/registry entires), it seems like this should have been removed. I've always had good success with this. Why did it miss it? Or why is Windows showing a notice for a program that no longer exists?

Most importantly, how can I remove it?

I tried another re-install and a second pass using Revo. But it's still there.

I did do a search of my C drive, and didn't find any traces. So it seems like Revo is doing its job. I purchased the pro version, so I'm trusting it's the best at what it does vs other uninstallers.

Or is there some manual removal I can force MS to drop this from the list? I assume this won't be the last time it happens, so would be nice to know how to do that.
