Notifications when not notifications

For for QUITE a while I have had an issue where it would say I have 1 Notification when i don't.

A long time ago it did this and after a while the issue went away. I don't know if maybe I have an unread thread somewhere and it just isn't showing me or what but now it says 2 and it can be very annoying.

Any other known issues about this?

Go to your tracked threads and choose the mark all as read option and the notification should go away.
