notifications window.......... blur

says i have 2notifications but nothing shows up in the box. when I have more than 2.........3/4/5, it will say 5 but only 3 are visible ( bold type ).

now, no matter where I go on this site, "except" for this create thread page, i will always see the notifications2.

Go to:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/followed.html

And then click the link that says "Mark all as read". And that should zero out your notifications box.
