One day I get a GPU score of1900, or even for a few days, and then it goes down to 900 for a few days, I have replaced the GPU and it still does it. Other benchmarks seem to be consistent. I try to compare them at the same time to see if other benchmarks vary along with the Novabench.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Is there some specific problem that you can ascribe to 1900 vs. 900?

If Novabench does not or seems not to be in some general (subjective) agreement with your other measurements etc. then throw out/ignore the Novabench results.

Could be faulty, buggy, or corrupted.

Uninstall/delete.

Manually download, Novabench, reinstall, and reconfigure.
